LIVE ANIMAL PURCHASE

All animals purchased are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding consistently and sexed. Note that sexing is not an exact science and mistakes can be made. 

Please be aware of your local, state and federal requirements regarding animal ownership. Amazon Basins LLC is not responsible for your failure to abide by those regulations.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

Amazon Basins LLC offers a live arrival guarantee. If the animal is D.O.A. (Dead Upon Arrival) please contact us within one hour of delivery with a photograph of the packaging and the deceased animal. 

SHIPMENT AND EXPORT

Pricing shown does not include shipping or export costs. We have a CITES Master File Permit and can export through a broker to most countries.

PAYMENT PLAN / DEPOSIT POLICY

We offer 60 Day Payment plans on purchases more than $1,000 and less than $5,000 and 90 Day Payment plans on purchases over $5,000. Our payment plans require a 25% deposit.
